What makes this different
The trees that come off your lot can go back on it
Clearing a house site makes logs. Building on that site takes lumber. Most places that is two companies and a truck ride in between — your logs leave cheap and your lumber comes back expensive. I do both ends, out of one dooryard.
Clear the lot
Trees down, stumps out, site cut to grade. The sawlogs get sorted and skidded to a landing instead of pushed into the brush pile.
Saw what came off it
The mill sets up on the landing. Your logs, your lumber, cut to the list you actually need rather than the lengths a yard happens to stock.
Stack it to dry
Stacked flat, off the ground, stickers between the courses so it dries straight instead of twisting. Then it is yours.
That is the whole idea, and it is the reason both halves are on the same sign. Everything else here is one or the other.

Bring me your logs, or I will bring the mill to them. Either way you keep the lumber — you are paying for the sawing, not for the wood.
